Nature getaway in Haut Limousin, self-contained holiday cottage with terrace, enclosed garden and access to Hiking trails. In the heart of a peaceful hamlet with two Holiday cottages, the house has an enclosed lawn at the front and an awning-equipped terrace at the back, extending to a 300 m² enclosed garden with swing set for the enjoyment of the little ones, who can also visit the family's pony, whose paddock is nearby. A path leads to La Benaize, a small river where you can fish for crayfish (depending on water level).
Surface area 80 m². First floor: living room with open kitchen, wood-burning stove, bathroom, WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom with washbasin, WC. Oil-fired central heating.

Daniel a grandi dans ce hameau, dans les années 90, avec son épouse, ils ont rénové deux maisons pour continuer à faire vivre le bâti de son enfance. Ils accueillent avec toujours autant de plaisir à faire partager ce lieu qu'ils aiment. Ils habitent à 12 Km et viennent régulièrement pour surveiller et nourrir les animaux.

La petite rivière Benaize, s'il fait très sec, peut ne plus permettre la pêche, navré que vous n'ayez pu pratiquer votre sport favori.

2ieme séjour dans cette belle location située au calme avec un grand jardin fermé.Trés bon accueil des propriétaires.

M.Pstl Séjour agréable dans une maison de caractère.
La maison est belle, ancienne et bien entretenue, avec beaucoup de caractère et un cadre très paisible. L’authenticité du lieu fait son charme, mais elle vient aussi avec quelques réalités de la vie à la campagne : nous avons eu la visite de souris pendant le séjour. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et ont mis en place des pièges rapidement. Nous avons néanmoins dû les relever nous-mêmes, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.
Cela reste une belle expérience pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu authentique et ne craignent pas un peu de rusticité.- Cleanliness
