Set in the heart of the countryside, the restored longère opens onto a wooded and flower-filled park with an approval pond on a 7-hectare property housing the owners' home with 2 guest rooms and the gite, located at the far end. The Holiday cottage has 8,000 m² of fully enclosed grounds with its own heated swimming pool, open from June to the end of September, weather permitting.

Surface area 150 m². Living room with kitchenette, sitting area with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 x 180cm double bed) with en-suite shower room and wc, and another bedroom (1 x 2cm double bed and 1 x 1cm single bed) with en-suite shower room and wc, opening onto the garden. First floor: 1 bedroom with shower room and toilet (3 single beds). Wood heating and electric heating.

The Holiday cottage is close to the Espace Hermeline, the "voie verte" (bike and rail rentals) and 2kms from the shops. Enclosed park of 8000 m and private Piscine.
