Situated in a protected area, this pretty little detached house is surrounded by nature. Its pleasant garden will be a paradise for Kids: hiding places, a small stream, animals in the meadows next to the house and a beautiful fishing pond right next door. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...
Surface area 74 m². Garden level, accessed via a staircase, the living room with kitchen area leads to the first floor, which opens onto a lovely wooden terrace: living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet. Mezzanine bed with access via a miller's ladder: attic bedroom with beautiful beams (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Enclosed grounds.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Gite très bien équipé avec du très bon électro-ménager, des couteaux qui coupent et tout le nécessaire à la cuisine.
Le cadre est magnifique sans aucun voisinage.
