Situated on the southern slopes of the Mont Larron forest massif opposite the Saint Julien Le Petit dam, Champety is a typical little hamlet clinging to the hillside and offering a natural environment. The Holiday cottage des Hiboux, independent of the family home, is housed in a former bread oven, and features an atypical layout with steps leading from one room to the next. It opens onto a lawn shaded by a superb walnut tree. Ideal for exploring the local Hiking trails, one of which leads to Lake Vassivière. In Saint Julien Le Petit (1.5 km) a very pleasant bistro restaurant.
Surface area 52 m². First floor: kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet, small attic bedroom with ladder access (2 single beds, baby bed). Electric heating. Table tennis.

premiere fois que le proprietaire ne reponds pas au telephone avant arrivée; nous aurions voulu louer des draps et pouvoir faire un feu avec le poele a bois.
Sinon des ameliorations pourraient etre effectuées.
Le proprietaire ou la personne qui remets les clefs doit repondre au telephone.

Le télémarketing est tel que nous ne répondons plus aux contacts par téléphone fixe. Mais nous écoutons notre répondeur et communiquons bien volontiers par mobile ou SMS comme nous avons pu le faire avant votre arrivée. Vous ne nous avez pas demandé draps ou bois, nous habitons à proximité, nous vous en aurions volontiers fournis y compris à votre arrivée. Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas ressenti les bénéfices de ce séjour de vacances en pleine nature.

Bel endroit en pleine nature. Quand on recherche le calme, on est ici comblé. Et venir au printemps quand les oiseaux chantent autour de vous et que les arbres commencent à montrer toutes leurs nuances de vert, c'est du pur bonheur.
