Vast farmhouse with the owner's residence at one end, completely independent. The cottage's rustic character opens onto a south-facing terrace and vast lawn with games for Kids, pétanque court and table tennis, and to the rear onto a lawn with a salt-treated, sheltered swimming pool, open from April to November, weather permitting. Bicycles are available for exploring the Murat bird sanctuary and the Brenne Nature Park, with its myriad ponds.

First floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, small living room with TV, kitchen, shower room and toilet. Wellbeing area (jacuzzi, sauna, shower, w.c.) with large bay window, wood-burning stove, mezzanine. A 2nd living room with wood-burning stove gives access to a bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room and w.c. A miller's ladder gives access to a bedroom and toilet (4 single beds (80 or 90 cm) can be combined to form a double bed).
Another staircase off the kitchen leads to 3 bedrooms. One has 2 twin 80 cm beds that can be made into a 160 cm bed, another has 2 90 cm beds and a folding extra bed, and the 3rd has a 160 cm bed with an open bathroom (bath and washbasin), and a toilet on the landing. Electric heating and wood stoves. Bed linen and towels provided, housekeeping and cleaning 1x/week for longer stays and end-of-stay cleaning included in rental price.

Legislation governing establishments open to the public (ERP) does not allow us to exceed our capacity (including Kids and babies). The rental contract may be suspended if the capacity is exceeded by more than 12 people. No parties.

For a responsible stay, some drinks may be billed at the end of the stay.
