Vast farmhouse with the owner's residence at one end, completely independent. The cottage's rustic character opens onto a south-facing terrace and vast lawn with games for Kids, pétanque court and table tennis, and to the rear onto a lawn with a salt-treated, sheltered swimming pool, open from April to November, weather permitting. Bicycles are available for exploring the Murat bird sanctuary and the Brenne Nature Park, with its myriad ponds.
First floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, small living room with TV, kitchen, shower room and toilet. Wellbeing area (jacuzzi, sauna, shower, w.c.) with large bay window, wood-burning stove, mezzanine. A 2nd living room with wood-burning stove gives access to a bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room and w.c. A miller's ladder gives access to a bedroom and toilet (4 single beds (80 or 90 cm) can be combined to form a double bed).
Another staircase off the kitchen leads to 3 bedrooms. One has 2 twin 80 cm beds that can be made into a 160 cm bed, another has 2 90 cm beds and a folding extra bed, and the 3rd has a 160 cm bed with an open bathroom (bath and washbasin), and a toilet on the landing. Electric heating and wood stoves. Bed linen and towels provided, housekeeping and cleaning 1x/week for longer stays and end-of-stay cleaning included in rental price.
Legislation governing establishments open to the public (ERP) does not allow us to exceed our capacity (including Kids and babies). The rental contract may be suspended if the capacity is exceeded by more than 12 people. No parties.
For a responsible stay, some drinks may be billed at the end of the stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison. Un immense merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil si chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour et ont largement contribué à le rendre aussi agréable.
La piscine chauffée est un véritable bonheur, idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Le jacuzzi est tout aussi appréciable et offre un vrai moment de relaxation dans un cadre paisible.
Le jardin, très vaste et parfaitement entretenu, est un véritable écrin de verdure où il fait bon se promener ou simplement profiter du calme.
Nous repartons ravis de cette parenthèse de détente et recommandons cette maison sans la moindre hésitation. Merci encore pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre générosité. Au plaisir de revenir !

Cf Lieu privilégié et confortable
Accueil très agréable, les propriétaires sont bienveillants et très discrets. Le lieu est très calme et beau, la piscine, le spa et le sauna sont juste parfaits. Nous avons passé un inoubliable week-end en famille pour fêter les anniversaires.

Accueil chaleureux. Lieu magique et très bien entretenu.
Tout confort. Pour groupe en situation de handicap, quelques aménagements à faire encore et des escaliers très abruptes.

Isa Gite agreable
Gite agréable mais qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Il y a beaucoup de pace, ce quiest appreciable.C'est la campagne, très calme. Les propriétaires ( et voisins) sont accueillants et discrets.
