Les gîtes des champs are located on the banks of the Lac de plaisance, where numerous leisure activities are available in summer: supervised swimming in July and August, mini golf, pedalos, playgrounds.... This very pleasant site offers nature vacations in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Natural Park. This semi-detached gîte has just been completely renovated and given a new look; trendy decor, comfort and new equipment were the commune's priorities! At the rear, a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and plancha opens onto the lake...

Surface area 65 m²: first floor: living room with kitchenette, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, baby cot), shower room, wc. Electric heating (€60/week, €25/2 nights from November to April), shared laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher, flat-screen TV - TNT, garden furniture, gas barbecue. One pet allowed (€3.5/day). Wifi access available at nearby campsite.

The price includes - Water - Cooking gas - Heating costs are automatically added to each reservation. However, for stays from April 16 to October 14 (in summer), they do not apply: a promotion deducts them directly from the advertised price, so the rate shown for this period already takes this discount into account. In July and August, arrivals are possible from 4pm onwards.
The price does not include - Bed linen and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.

    Bon gite

    Accueil très chaleureux,gîte très propre et spacieux.
    Tout près du lac avec jeux pour enfants,terrain de pétanque,petit resto...
    Manquerait juste la clim en période de canicule et surtout des lumières extérieures côté terrasse car nous avons manger dans le noir et ce n'est pas agréable.
    Sinon rien à dire.
    Nous reviendrons comme chaque année

    Peaceful and welcoming

    Very pleasant rental in a beautiful setting. Nice view of the lake from the house. Well equipped and furnished. Very peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from grocery stores. Two restaurants within a 100m of the rental (only one open off season). Strongly recommend.
