Backing onto a valley with a private fishing pond and panoramic views over the medieval town of Saint Léonard de Noblat, this contemporary cottage-style house offers comfort and tranquility. Juliana and Jean-Pierre, market gardeners, will delight you with fresh produce at the table d'hôtes. Heated swimming pool from mid-May to end-September, Nordic bath (optional and booking required: 30 euros/room from mid-May to end-September), private tennis court, fishing pond, walks on the property and in the surrounding area.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 2 with private bathroom, 1 bedroom for 3 with private bathroom and sitting area with fireplace, and 1 2-bedroom suite for up to 5 people (1 bed 160 and 3 beds 90, 2 of which can be twinned) with private sitting area, bathroom (shower and bath) and toilet. On the first floor, a vast living room with fireplace and large windows opening onto the terrace. Central heating. Baby equipment available on request. Horses welcome: paddock, hay, water and shelter.

    Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre "les oiseaux", idéale avec les enfants car très spacieuse. Maison d'hôtes où l'on se sent bien, le cadre extérieur est magnifique, l'intérieur de la maison l'est tout autant. Merci à Juliana et Jean-Pierre pour leur sympathie. Juliana est très bonne cuisinière, nous nous sommes régalés.

    Un accueil chaleureux dans une maison idyllique

    Juliana, Jean Pierre et leur chienne Sia nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse dans leur magnifique maison à proximité de Limoges. La chambre était spacieuse, bien aménagée et très agréable, donnant sur l’immense jardin. Nous avons découvert un véritable havre de paix, où il fait bon se baigner, se promener et bien manger. Vous serez ravis par la grande qualité du petit déjeuner, et du dîner d’hôtes si vous en faites le choix. Merci encore à eux, on reviendra !

    Bon accueil

    Nous avons apprécié la table d’hôtes partagée avec les propriétaires et les hôtes présents dans les autres chambres
    Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon
    Le cadre est très reposant
    Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre passage aux bois de saint Auvent
