In the summer, this area is pleasantly shaded. Solignac is a typical small town with shops and services. It is close to the Château de Chalucet and Limousine Park in Lanaud...
Area: 90 m². Ground floor: living room with fireplace; three steps lead to an office/relaxation area and the kitchen; half-bath. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 140 cm; 1 single bed, 90 cm), bathroom, toilet, central heating, carport, 250 m² of lawn.

cricri Avis gîte le terrier à Solignac
4 fois que nous résidons dans ce gîte et toujours entièrement satisfaits. Juste 3 choses à améliorer : réduire le bruit de la chaudière gaz dans la salle de bains, ce bruit s'entend dans la chambre voisine. changer la plaque de cuisson par une plaque induction. changer le robinet eau chaude/eau froide de la vasque de SDB par un mitigeur bien plus facile pour régler la température de l'eau.
Rien d'autre à signaler.

Renaud Confortable logement dans un cadre bucolique
Maison parfaitement fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Stationnement de la voiture facile grâce à un emplacement dédié et protégé. Cadre très champêtre et calme. Le tout se trouve dans un beau village possédant à proximité de bons commerces de bouche (boulangerie, charcuterie).

Ce gîte est très décevant et ne mérite en aucun cas la classification 3 épis. La propreté est douteuse et les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été réduits au strict minimum. Une mauvaise expérience à ne plus renouveler et qui sème le doute dans nos esprits concernant la sélection et l'évaluation des gîtes faites par votre organisation. À corriger absolument.

Nous regrettons votre déception d'autant que ce gîte a été visité et n'a pas appelé de remarque particulière de notre part. La cuisine est de petite dimension, la douche également. Le gîte est entretenu mais la météo froide de ce début septembre aurait justifié la mise en route du chauffage central pour un ressenti plus agréable.
