In the summer, this area is pleasantly shaded. Solignac is a typical small town with shops and services. It is close to the Château de Chalucet and Limousine Park in Lanaud...
Area: 90 m². Ground floor: living room with fireplace; three steps lead to an office/relaxation area and the kitchen; half-bath. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 140 cm; 1 single bed, 90 cm), bathroom, toilet, central heating, carport, 250 m² of lawn.

Gil Appréciation Gîte le terrier à Solignac
Très bon accueil par la propriétaire du gîte. Nous avons apprécier le confort du gîte, tant par son charme de vieille pierre très bien conservé, que par meublé confortable, par les différents ustensiles et électroménagers à notre disposition. De plus le cadre de verdure et de tranquillité qu'il offre nous a vraiment plu. Il est situé prés du magnifique village de Solignac, où de nombreuses ballades sont possibles. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Nadou Tranquille
Le gite est tranquille et confortable. La maison est fraiche et agréable.
Un éclairage plus puissant serait idéal car la maison ancienne est sombre surtout par temps couvert.
La literie est convenable, l'abri pour la voiture est un plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
