At the end of a small hamlet in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin, the fully renovated former barn turns its back on Sabrina and Renaud's home and opens, via a staircase, onto an enclosed lawn which continues into a paddock with a private 11x5, unheated swimming pool, accessible weather permitting between May 1 and September 30. Horses from the neighboring equestrian farm regularly graze in a meadow below. The Hauts de Tardoire greenway is a great way to discover this wooded region in the south-west of the département.

On the ground floor, with different levels, spacious living room with games area, living room with large-screen TV, dining area and mezzanine equipped kitchen.
