Surface 82 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, lounge area and insert fireplace. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 cot), bathroom, WC. Central heating. You go down to the terrace by a few steps to access the swimming pool and the garden of around 600 m² which is fully enclosed. A shower room and a toilet are accessible from the terrace. For stays of 2 and 3 nights, the beds are made (€10/pair of sheets to be paid on site). Bowling green in the village We arrive at Grand Puyconnieux by a small road that crosses chestnut woods. In the flower season, they perfume the countryside. The hamlet nestled on the hillside resembles a mountain hamlet with its terraced constructions. From the terrace of the house, the view extends over the forest of the Périgord Limousin Natural Park. The terrace overlooks a pleasant garden and a secure above-ground swimming pool of 2.8 X 7.8 X 1.2 m open from June to the end of September depending on weather conditions.

Lovely gîte
5/5Le Puyconnieux is a lovely gîte with an excellent price-quality ratio. The owners were very accommodating and one felt immediately welcome. The fact that they offer a private pool and that pets are welcome only improves its uniqueness among French gîtes.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and certainly coming back one day.
