This completely independent Holiday cottage is housed in an old mill on the edge of the Domaine de Brie.

On the edge of the Périgord region, in the Parc Naturel Régional and the Pays des Feuillardiers, Le Pressoir is housed in an old, completely independent mill. The large grounds are bordered by a stream with crayfish, and there's also a fishing pond nearby. Situated on the edge of the Forest, there are numerous footpaths for walking around the estate. The shared Piscine (13X8) is open from May to September, weather permitting, and is located in the château grounds 1.5 km away. Nearby: canoeing, accrobranche, karting, golf, Châlus, Montbrun and Jumilhac castles, Rochechouart meteorite site. 10 km from the Dordogne: Nontron, Brantôme, Périgueux and the Charente : Gallo-Roman site of Chassenon, Confolens, Angoulême.

Garden level: kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 adjoining bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. 1st floor (ground floor level of parking lot): 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), shower room, wc. 2nd floor accessed by a narrow staircase: 2 bedrooms (4 single beds), bathroom, wc. Electric heating. Breakfast available on request. Receptions, family or friendly get-togethers can be organized on the estate (reception room and 4 to 6 other Holiday cottages, one of which has a private swimming pool).
