Between Limoges and Poitiers, Thiat is a typical Marche Limousine village. The former presbytery, in the heart of the village, has been comfortably renovated. It opens onto a terrace and lawn (garden furniture and plancha). 7 km away, Lathus Saint Rémy offers kayaking, climbing, Accro'branches, circus, horse-riding, nature walks...

First floor: large dayroom semi-open onto a fully-equipped kitchen, storeroom, cosy living room with TV, bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each for 2 people (2 x 160cm beds), one with private shower room. En-suite bathroom. Large bedroom-living room for 4 people (4 single beds 90). A 2nd hallway leads to another bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom with shower, 2 WCs, laundry room, bedroom (2 beds 90). Oil heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay. The legislation governing establishments open to the public (ERP) does not allow overcrowding (including Kids and babies).

    Gite très agréable

    Notre séjour à été très agréable. Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et la décoration est très chouette, mention spéciale pour les lustres !
    Très bonne literie et linge de lit impeccable. Le jardin est très agréable et équipé de meubles de jardin de très bonne qualité.
    Petit bémol, la grande salle à manger n'est pas bien insonorisée. Les chaises devraient être équipées de patins pour amoindrir le bruit.

    Toutes les personnes sont ravies. Le gîte présente un bel espace , des commodités satisfaisantes, un bel espace extérieur. De plus la décoration participe à ce que le gîte soit un endroit très sympathique.

    Repos assué

    Gîte très spacieux et très fonctionnel.
    Décoration et aménagement harmonieux.
    Grande cuisine bien équipée pour un grand groupe.
    ( on peut, peut-être, ajouter 2 casseroles de taille moyenne et remplacer le batteur électrique qui fonctionne mal et est très bruyant).
    Notre groupe de 9 vieux amis a passé là une semaine paisible et enrichie par le patrimoine environnant ( Poitiers, Chauvigny, Saint-Savin, Saint-Junien...).

    Belle semaine en famille

    Beau cadre à la campagne dans un lieu très agréable qui peut héberger facilement 14 personnes (3 WC et 4 salle de bains), dont une personne ou couple à mobilité réduite.
    Les responsables du site sont disponibles, agréables et serviables.
    Les couchages sont de qualité et les espaces disponibles tout à fait satisfaisants.

    Séjour Pâques

    séjour très agréable, hébergement de très bonne qualité. Il est dommage que le prix n'inclut pas l'électricité surtout avec des frais de ménage obligatoire.
