Close to South Limoges but in the Countryside, this house is located near the owners' holiday home, which gives access to their heated Piscine (13X5.5 m). Open from July to September at 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6.30pm. Pets are welcome, but the area is occupied by Duchesse, the family dog... Prior agreement is therefore required. Hiking from the Holiday cottage, many cultural and leisure activities nearby.

The house opens onto a terrace at the rear and a completely independent plot of land, not overlooked. Ground floor: sitting room with wood-burning stove, living room, kitchen and utility room, storage space, wc and washbasin. First floor: 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 double bed), bathroom and toilet; Electric heating. Shared washing machine in outside laundry room.
