Le Petit Château is a family home in an exceptional setting with panoramic views over the Limousin countryside. Olivier grew up here with his father Hubert, a passionate art connoisseur. He has just renovated it with his wife Catherine. A beautiful heated swimming pool (4x11m) overlooking the countryside has been built, with a pool house area where lunch is served in the cool. The pool is open from 1/05 to 30/09. Together, they have remodeled the house for comfort, while preserving its soul. Beautiful works of art cover the walls of the many rooms. The furniture is antique with contemporary touches. You'll discover books, a piano, fine porcelain, a place steeped in history where it's good to be with family and friends. All around, a magnificent park with a pétanque court and a majestic fountain. If you wish, Olivier can share his work as a Limousin cow breeder, which you can see in the property's meadows.

Très belle maison de famille au milieu de la nature.
C’est un lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis et partager des moments conviviaux autour d’un bon repas dans la cuisine d’été. Les enfants comme les parents sont heureux de toutes les installations proposées : la piscine, le ping pong et la pétanque...
Demeure bien équipée et très confortable. En cas de nécessité, Olivier le propriétaire est présent pour répondre à vos besoins au plus vite.
Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés. Merci Olivier pour ce beau séjour.

catherine et moi avons été ravis de rencontrer ce groupe de copains et de copines
les enfants ont pu bien profitez de la piscine
les parents aussi et la cuisine d été a semble t il bien rempli son role de convivialité
nous sommes ravis que petanque et ping pong est participé a ces bons moments
le court de tennis du village a permis de completer l activité sportive
en esperant vous revoir bientôt avec plaisir -
Robbert Lovely stay at the magnificent Petit Chateau
This summer we stayed for two weeks in the wonderfully spacious family home of Olivier and Cathérine. The first week we had friends visiting, which went quite well due to the number of rooms, bathrooms as well as the enormous space in and around the house and the extensive equipment in the kitchen.
We loved the swimming pool, as did the brand-new outdoor kitchen, the bocce court and of course the picturesque view of the hills, the black angus cows and the sweet villlage Vicq-sur-Breuilh.
For small groceries, the house is an 8-minute drive from the bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a small supermarket in Magnac-Bourg. For larger shopping there is a larger shopping center with a huge Carrefour a 17-minute drive away in Limoges. The beautiful center of Limoges (known for its porcelain) is only a 20-minute drive away, where we enjoyed visiting the open air market on the Rue des Bancs and the covered market in the Halles.
Olivier and Cathérine communicate proactively and provided plenty of tips and suggestions, both for outings and activities (e.g. canoeing, caves, castles), as well as for participating in local activities (village barbecue and an opening of an exhibition).

Lieu absolument incroyable avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne environnante ! Tout le groupe a adoré ce gîte refait avec beaucoup de goût et qui conserve son histoire. Literie parfaite, grandes douches très confortables. Pièces de vie très conviviales et parfaitement équipées pour de grandes tablées. La piscine et la cuisine d'été sont de gros plus ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
