On the edge of Périgord, in the Parc Naturel Régional. 18th-century house with a remarkable Mansard roof in a quiet setting, opposite the entrance to Château de Brie. Tennis, ping-pong and a large, secure shared swimming pool (13x8) in the château grounds, open May-September, weather permitting. The high ceilings, exposed beams, fireplace and bread oven give the Holiday cottage its authentic character. Nearby: canoeing, accrobranche, karting, golf, Limoges, Châlus and Montbrun castles. 10 km from the Dordogne: Nontron, Brantôme, Périgueux and the Charente : Gallo-Roman site, Confolens.

Ground floor: open-plan living room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting room with wood-burning stove. 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with a 90 cm single bed, are separated by a shower room: shower and washbasin. WC. Upstairs, large bedroom with fabric-wrapped walls (1 bed 90 cm, 1 bed 160 cm, 1 baby bed), bathroom with toilet, toilet, and bedroom (2 beds 90 cm). Electric heating. Enclosed grounds. Receptions, family or friendly get-togethers can be organized on the estate (reception room and 4 to 6 other Holiday cottages, one of which has a private swimming pool).
