This functional 113 m² gîte, with its own entrance, is set in a picturesque location: an old mill in wooded surroundings that opens onto a pond (not accessible) where a small road passes. On the south side, the gîte overlooks the lawned garden, and is accessed from the outside by walking around the owners' house. Multi-service restaurant and shop in the village of Dompierre Les Eglises.

Surface 113 m². First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and sitting area, bathroom with shower, w.c. First floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 1 child's bed, 1 baby bed), Umbrella bed on request, 2 pull-out beds 90 on the mezzanine. Electric heating. Petanque pitch, sandpit, basketball hoop, above-ground Piscine open from June to September, weather permitting, which can be shared with the family's grandchildren.
