A charming wooden bridge gives access to the site of an old mill. Completely private, green and quiet, bordered by a small stream which runs at the bottom of the property, it comprises a stone house opening onto a landscaped lawn with flowers, a small half-timbered house extended by a large wooden terrace and a barn with gaming room (ping-pong). Relaxation and reception room with billiard table, bar, home cinema (optional with owner, €240/week, €140/weekend). Private heated Piscine (8X4) open from May 20 to late September, weather permitting, SPA on a covered and protected terrace (not accessible in January and February to limit energy costs). The relaxation and reception room is not rented to outsiders: the site is yours alone for the duration of your rental. Shop Nexon 3 Km.
Le Moulin: 196 m2. First floor: kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room, wood-burning stove. Laundry room (washing machine with dryer), w.c. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds (160cm), 1 double bed (120cm), 1 baby bed), one with en-suite shower room, bathroom, w.c. 2nd floor: attic space with 5 single beds, shower room, w.c. Central heating. The half-timbered house: large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, wc, spacious mezzanine (1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) in addition to the total capacity of the site) as well as a relaxation area and shower room. Pellet stove and central heating. One dog allowed (except 1st and 2nd category). No overcrowding allowed. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in mid and low season.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Jesial3 Prestations de qualité dans un site superbe
Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, les informations données sur les équipements sont claires et détaillées. Le gîte propose des prestations de qualité, la salle de réception est un réel plus. On y trouve un billard, une table de ping-pong, un rétro projecteur + enceintes et tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. On peut y manger facilement à 12, voire plus si besoin. Les 2 autres bâtiments ont été magnifiquement restaurés dans le style d'origine, ils assurent les parties "nuits" et repas. Là aussi rien ne manque pour les besoins du quotidien. La terrasse est très agréable et permet de profiter du soleil tout en se laissant bercer par les clapotis du ruisseau. Le site en général est très reposant , aucun bruit, ce fut pour l'ensemble de notre groupe (11 personnes) un excellent week-end, apprécié de tous. Très beau et bon séjour.

BK Séjour Le Moulin
Excellent séjour ! L'endroit est calme et situé au cœur d'un espace arboré.
La cascade a proximité rend le jardin particulièrement agréable.
Concernant le logement, il est spacieux, rustique (mais cohérent à la bâtisse) et très bien entretenu. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour un excellent séjour en famille (10 adultes et 3 enfants).- Cleanliness
