In a small hamlet overlooking a valley of meadows, not far from the Route Nationale 145, the gîte has been converted into a detached house opening onto a lawned garden. Between the Brame and Gartempe valleys, this countryside is rich in picturesque villages and hiking trails. Aquatic pool and games at Mondon lake, 20 km away. Lac de Saint Pardoux: swimming pool, beaches, acrobatic park, sailing, water skiing and wakepark 30 minutes away by car.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, wc, bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with en-suite shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds (90 cm), the other with 1 double bed (140 cm). Bathroom: shower and bath. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Closed garage.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Momo et fab Excellent
Endroit au cœur de la nature. Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, la ferme, les vaches, les promenades, ne pas hésiter.... Les propriétaires au top, de la gentillesse,excellent accueil. À refaire. Merci Mr et Madame Bouzat pour votre chaleureux accueil.

Grand voyageur Mise au vert
Séjour très agréable, propriétaires très , très sympas. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir manger dehors avec les vaches comme spectatrices (c'est assez innsolite pour le signaler) bien sûr les vaches ne sont pas toujours à proximité, elles ont beaucoup de champs qui leurs sont réservés. Il y a une très agréable marche à faire (5 kms) au mileu des champs et petite forêt où nous avons rencontré biches, lièvres, vaches, veaux et taureaux. Le calme du site est reposant.
