Manoir des Perrières is a beautiful residence nestled in magnificent grounds with heated swimming pool at the entrance to the village of Rochechouart. The restoration of this beautiful residence was orchestrated by architect Nelly. Her vision was to create 5 comfortable guest rooms for 2 to 4 people. On the first floor, a breakfast room and lounge are at guests' disposal. With her architect's eye, Nelly has paid particular attention to the decor, giving the place elegance and refinement. The choice of furniture, lighting, curtains and carpets has been made with delicacy and taste. She has combined functionality with charm. On site, a small tea room has also found its place next to the guest house, with Lauren at the helm. Together, they will welcome you to this unusual place to discover.
Le Manoir des Perrières offers three double rooms (bed 160), each located on a different floor of the tower, as well as two family rooms that can accommodate four people (bed 160 and twin beds in king size 180 for one of them). All rooms have private bathroom facilities. The ambience is cosy and refined, with marble headboards and sumptuous bathrooms, offering a veritable journey through precious stones! Each room is equipped with a mini-bar, air conditioning and television. Meeting and seminar rooms available for hire.

Located on the 2nd floor, the Bronze Room is a 40 m² family room. It is furnished with a queen-size bed (160cm) for 2 people and 2 twin beds (180cm) for 2 people, TV, mini-bar. Shower room with toilet (8 m²). Nice lounge area. This room offers a chic contemporary ambience with sparkling colors!

Après la découverte du manoir au mois d'août 2025, nous souhaitions renouveler une très belle expérience. Nous avons profité de la Saint Valentin pour confirmer cette intention et la magie a de nouveau opéré. Toutes nos premières impressions sont confirmées, de l'accueil chaleureux et convivial des propriétaires à la qualité de l'ensemble des prestations.
Le mobilier correspond totalement à la typologie de la demeure et se mélange parfaitement avec des éléments plus contemporains pour rendre les chambres accueillantes et fonctionnelles.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et à base de produits locaux voire maison, compris dans le prix du séjour, est servi dans le beau décor de la salle principale.

Matthaur Un 31 dans une chambre de château
Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre saphir pour le 31 décembre. Nous avons pu admirer la très Jolie suite rénovée avec goût. L'ensemble des prestations étaient parfaites. L'accueil est très convivial et la nuit fût agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait et encore une fois l'accueil a ce dernier fût très joviale !
Nous nous sommes régalés, merci pour votre savoir être et votre savoir faire.

Dididusud SEJOUR ATYPIQUE
Ce trop court séjour fut juste un retour dans une autre époque avec des propriétaires soucieux de notre bien-être. La manoir a été rénové avec goût dans un savant mélange d'ancien et de modernité. Tout était parfait.
