Just 10 minutes from Limoges city center, in the heart of the Couzeix commune, Claire and Christophe have renovated this small family home to which they are very attached. Claire, who likes to stay in a gîte, has furnished and decorated it in the style she enjoys discovering on vacation. The house is adjoining Christophe's, but each has its own independence. It has a pleasant flower-filled garden area with a terrace.
Surface area 70 m²: first floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area, wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 2 beds 90 which can be twinned to king size 180), shower room with wc. Gas central heating. Enclosed grounds.

Gite parfait pour 6 personnes, rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour.
La terrasse est très agréable et le jardin magnifique. Le quartier est calme et reposant
Propreté impeccable du gite.
Les cadeaux de bienvenu des propriétaires furent très apprécié.

Maison très bien située dans un endroit calme et à seulement 10 minutes de la ville où il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. C'était un plaisir de manger sur la terrasse. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
