On the small road winding up to the highest point of the Monts d'Ambazac, in the heart of the hamlet of Noueix, the Holiday cottage opens onto an enclosed courtyard with covered terrace on the south side, and an enclosed grassed area and terrace to the rear. Opposite the Holiday cottage is a large enclosed plot with private parking and a 15x4 pétanque court. From the hamlet, a hiking trail leads to La Jonchère, La Roche Branlante and Notre Dame de Sauvagnac. In the adjoining barn, a large room with wood-burning stove is equipped with ping pong, table soccer and various board games.

First floor with a few steps from one room to the next: living room with TV lounge and fireplace, small kitchen and utility room, laundry room, wc, bathroom (shower and bath) with wc. Sitting area and library (TV). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds can be combined to make a 180cm bed) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed (160cm)), all with TV. WC with washbasin. 2nd floor: a large attic bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed and a single extra bed), TV, bathroom and wc open onto the bedroom. Central heating.
