The Domaine du Vignau consists of the "L'Orangerie" holiday cottage (sleeps 15) and a superb 18th-century manor house opening onto a main courtyard surrounded by outbuildings. The owners’ second home, which they occupy only very occasionally, is located at one end of the estate. The holiday cottage features a private, heated 12 m x 4 m Piscine open from mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting), which is reserved exclusively for this holiday cottage. This historic building, with walls over 1 meter thick, naturally stays cool during heat waves, providing a highly appreciated level of comfort. A beautiful private path provides access on foot or by bike to La Jonchère and its shops and services (400 m). The Monts d’Ambazac are renowned for hiking, and a trail passes right by the house. Additional rooms are available on-site (accommodating up to 15 people). Two electric vehicle charging stations.

A double granite staircase with ten steps and a staircase leads to the entrance hall, which leads to a vast reception room with TV and DVD. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen (2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 fridge-freezers) opens onto a cosy dining room, and a utility room (washing machine and dryer). 1 large bedroom with private bathroom and toilet (1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed 90), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160), 1 shower room with toilet.
