Just 15 minutes from Limoges, Nicolas and Natacha welcome you to this charming little detached house adjoining their home. Bright, comfortable and decorated with care in a warm, modern spirit, it boasts a pleasant enclosed garden full of charm: 5-person Spa accessible in all seasons but not covered, landscaped petanque court and covered terrace ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. The grounds are fully enclosed.
Surface 60 m²: living room with pellet stove and kitchen opening onto a pleasant covered terrace and garden. Shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), wc. Enclosed garden. No dishwasher.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Bougnat12 Gîte exceptionnel
Depuis presque 40 ans que nous utilisons des gîtes pour nos vacances, celui-ci a largement sa place dans notre top 3 !
Malgré un temps maussade nous avons profité tous les soirs du jacuzzi après nos journées de marche. Idéal pour se détendre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition des jeux également ainsi que de la radio DAB+.Félicitations pour la rénovation du gîte et la décoration ! Tout est bien pensé avec des équipements de qualité. Merci pour votre accueil et le cadeau de bienvenue aussi.
Nous nous sommes senti à l'aise tout de suite. Le gîte est très bien situé pour les visites dans les alentours.
Et que dire du calme et de la proximité de la nature : nous avons pu observer un chevreuil à la lisière du bois et même admirer une chouette hulotte posée sur un piquet de la clôture au petit matin.
Que de moments magiques. Nous recommanderons vivement ce gîte auprès de nos connaissances.
