Set on a wooded hillside in the Saint Pardoux region, this large lake is ideal for water sports. The completely independent house opens onto a terrace overlooking the Countryside. Below is a lawn with a private swimming pool, 9x4 m, open from May 1 to September 20 and heated by heat pump depending on weather conditions.
Small entrance, laundry room, lovely living room with comfortable lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. A corridor leads to a shower room, toilet and 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Electric heating and wood stove.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Red Séjour idéal 2.0

Liesbeth Oasis of tranquility
Great house in Nice green environment. Perfect pool with sun chairs and a nice decking with dining and seating area. Great night sky. Looks over a large field with ferns and forest. Owners are nice, friendly and helpfull. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished.
Supermarket in Nantiat (10minutes) is recommended. Baker in Compreignac (5minutes) and also a small supermarket (with neccessities). Beautiful lake (15minutes). Limoges also closeby.The only recommendation concerns the bed(s): would be great if one bedroom would have a king size bed (the kind that has no footboard, for longer people)

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely site. It was in a quiet peaceful area and we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool was excellent and well maintained. It was welcome during a very hot spell of weather! Recommend this place if you are in need of quality chilled family time. Plenty of places to visit in local area.

Un lieu de repos idéal. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont tout prêt à vous rendre service. Le gîte est non seulement décoré avec un goût certain mais il n’y manque rien, en plus du confort!! Belles randonnées tout autour dans de beaux paysages bucoliques. Une belle piscine hors de tout regard. Depuis 40ans que je pars en gîte, celui-ci est l’un des mieux que j’ai loué.

Red Séjour idéal
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Thouron. La maison est très bien équipée, dans le calme absolu. La piscine est superbe, l'environnement apaisant. Merci à Karen et Tim pour leur accueil. On rêve d'y retourner pour nos prochaines vacances.
