Catherine and Jean-Jacques have restored this small family home in the heart of the hamlet of Le Peyrat, where they live. The living rooms open onto a pleasant enclosed garden area of 110 m². A small fishing pond is 100 m away, on request.

Surface area 85 m². First floor: large kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed), bathroom with toilet. Mezzanine accessible by ladder with Japanese step: 1 bed 140 cm. Electric heating. Baby Equipment on request. Pellet stove, owner can supply bag of pellets at current rate. To ensure a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be billed at end of stay.
