Countryside near Limoges

Very close to Limoges (10 minutes by car), the gîte adjoins the owners' house and has a completely independent entrance and terrace, not overlooked. A vast plot of land to the rear of the house is extended by 4 hectares of woodland. A lovely walk leads to the river, or you can set off for a hike along the marked trails.

First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, open kitchen and dining area, shower room, wc. A staircase leads to 2 communicating bedrooms separated by a sliding door (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Another staircase on the lounge side leads to 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with open shower room and separate wc, and 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room and wc. Electric heating. Terrace and covered terrace. Laundry room with storage space for bicycles or other items.
