Between Lake, nature and family history: a place to recharge your batteries!

In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, this detached house, ideally situated on the shores of Lake Saint-Mathieu, is the former home of Fabrice's grandparents, which he chose to renovate to preserve the family history. Very attached to this hamlet where his family has its roots, Fabrice perpetuates the memory of his grandfather, a wheelwright, who had set up his carpentry workshop in part of the house. Some of his tools are still preserved, testifying to his craftsmanship.
The house has a pleasant garden with a gravel terrace. Its privileged location, directly on the Lake, allows you to take full advantage of swimming, fishing, walking and Hiking in a natural and peaceful setting.

Surface area 70 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, shower room, separate toilet in shower room. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds (90cm) which can be twinned to form a double bed (180cm), 1 double bed (140cm). No washing machine. Central heating.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
