In the heart of the countryside, old farmhouse renovated into 4 gîtes with independent entrances and unobstructed private outdoor space. On-site children's playground, large park with pond, tennis court, sports field and community hall. Village fair, festive music market and fireworks display every 1st weekend in August.
Surface area 120 m². First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area. Shower room with small shower, wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds), shower room with wc. Central heating. 1 cot and high chair available on request. Washing machine in shared laundry room. Charges included except monthly rental. No smoking. Lawn terrace. Parking space.

Mhb Séjour à St Brice sur Vienne
Nous avons passé 4 jours à St Brice sur Vienne pour visiter Oradour sur Glane et Limoges. Le gîte est bien équipé, la literie confortable et le lieu est très calme. C est une très belle région et nous retenons particulièrement le chaleureux accueil de la personne qui nous a reçu.

Juhrcl Très bon séjour
Nous avons loué le gîte pour 3 nuits, l’accueil et l’accès au gîte ont été excellents. La literie est vraiment confortable (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas lors des locations) et les équipements sont suffisants pour passer un séjour.
