Semi-detached gîte in an old farmhouse, set in a leisure park with sports field, pond, tennis court, children's playground and community hall. The village festival, festive music market and fireworks display take place on the 1st weekend in August.

Surface area 85 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette (2-burner gas hob and mini oven), sitting area, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room with wc. Central heating. 1 cot and 1 high chair available on reservation. Charges included except monthly rental. No smoking. Lawn terrace. Numbered public parking space less than 20 m from the gîte.

    séjour à la campagne

    lieu calme dans un environnement de campagne mais proche de la ville de ST Junien.
    dommage que l'on puisse pas approcher la voiture uniquement pour les bagages.
    à revoir peut-être l'information sur le tri sélectif.
