Ideal base for hiking in the Monts d'Ambazac

Le Montheil is a small, flower-filled hamlet overlooking the Monts d'Ambazac, with uninterrupted views over the green, wooded countryside. The house next to Jennie and Peter's comprises 2 gîtes. It's an ideal base for exploring the hiking trails of the Monts d'Ambazac.

The Beekeepers' Chalet: The entrance is on the garden side, leading to a kitchenette and then a living room with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with toilet. Wood heating. About 20 m away is a very large, fully enclosed lawn (2,500 m²). It is shared with the second holiday cottage (sleeps 6), Peter and Jennie, the cat, the dogs, the family’s horses, and the chickens. If you are staying with your pet, it must be kept on a leash. A small patio is also accessible from outside. Parking is available on the property. TV with English and French channels. The owners make their washing machine, located in a locked room, available to guests of both holiday cottages upon request. It is also possible to use part of the freezer space, but please check with the owner before purchasing food.
