Surface area 66 m²: living room with open-plan kitchen (steps to access), sitting area with fireplace and sleeping area (1 x 100 cm bed and 1 x 70 cm bed), shower room with toilet. First floor: large mezzanine overlooking the living room (1 double bed). Central heating.
