Gérard and Annette welcome you to their large detached house at the entrance to the village of Razès, close to the A20 motorway (quick access to Limoges) and to Lake Saint-Pardoux, where you can enjoy the beaches, water sports, walking trails and natural areas. An avid gardener, Gérard tends his vegetable garden at the back of the house on a daily basis, and also looks after the animals on site: pigeons, rabbits, etc. The house is spacious, with a pleasant terrace and fully enclosed garden at the front. Close to the heart of the village, it is also within easy reach of the shops.

150 sq. ft. Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen area opening onto the covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double, 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds, 1 double bed), bathroom, toilet. Outdoor furniture, griddle, and barbecue.
To ensure an eco-friendly stay, certain utilities (e.g., heating, electricity...) may be billed at the end of your stay.
