In the heart of the Monts de Blond.

An old farmhouse, on the edge of the small road leading to Blond, where a Holiday cottage has been converted at one end and another dwelling at the other, separated by a barn. Behind the kitchen, a small staircase leads to the terrace and 900 m² lawned garden with private above-ground swimming pool (6x3.5 m), open from June to September, weather permitting. The area is renowned for its many hiking and mountain-biking trails.

Surface area 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (wood-burning stove). A few steps lead up to an attic bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). 1st floor: A space with sofa gives access to a mezzanine (1 x 140cm bed) and, a few steps down, a shower room with wc, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds. 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90). Electric heating.

In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
