On a 70-hectare forest estate with a beautiful view of the Monts de Blond, 2 18th-century houses renovated with the help of the Fondation du Patrimoine have been converted into independent character gîtes. "Le Borland", decorated and furnished with taste and refinement, opens onto an independent terrace and grounds at the rear. The owners live on site and have a small, nuisance-free griffon dog farm. Walks on the property and hiking trails nearby. Lac de Saint Pardoux, 15 km away, offers swimming, an aqualudic pool with wellness area, sailing, water-skiing, hiking and 2nd category fishing (330 ha). The gîte and its surroundings are not suitable for groups wishing to party or make noise. No camper vans allowed on site.
