Very comfortable house with Piscine

Just 25 minutes south of Limoges and 45 minutes north of Brive, this large family home, completely restored in 2022, turns its back on a small hamlet where a farm is located. Very comfortable, it opens a few steps onto a fully enclosed private lawn. The private, heated Piscine (8x4 m) is open from April 15 to October 15, and can be covered by a shelter. A Hiking trail passes through the hamlet, and there are some 30 signposted paths in the Briance Sud Haute-Vienne region. A few km away: Cécile Sabourdy Museums and gardens, Maison du Père Castor, small heritage and archaeological site. Strictly forbidden to exceed capacity. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...

First floor. Ground floor: fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, large panoramic living room with home Cinema, shower room, wc. Small living room with wood-burning stove leads up a spiral staircase to the Rosa Rosae bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm), with open-plan bathroom, wc. A staircase from the kitchen leads to the 1st floor: Chérubin aux Angelots bedroom: 2 single beds 90 cm, which can be twinned to form a double bed 180 cm, and a single bed 90 cm, Sous mon Arbre bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm, shower room, wc. Central heating and Piscine heating (28°) included. Bicycle garage. Not possible to recharge electric vehicle.
