The hamlet of Lavaud offers a wide view of the Monts d'Ambazac and the surrounding meadows. From the hamlet, a number of Hiking trails allow you to discover the marked relief of this area bordering the Creuse. The little church at Folles is a testament to rural Romanesque art, and the Rocherolles viaduct is a model of its kind. The Holiday cottage, which is not overlooked, opens onto a terrace and 600 m² of perfectly enclosed grounds. At the bottom of the grounds is a private heated swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5), open from May 15 to the end of September, weather permitting.

First floor: a large landing converted into a sitting room (double sofa bed) leads to 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds 90 cm, one of which can be made into a double bed by a drawer system, shower room, w.c. Central heating.

Louge Séjour entre amis
Super séjour. Les 3 enfants ont profité du jardin et de la piscine à chaque fois que c'était possible. La maison est suffisamment grande pour que les adultes aient leur espace à eux, et est très bien équipée.
Gros plus pour la literie et l'accueil des propriétés.

Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites au calme du gîte de Lavaud.
La maison est superbe, agencée de telle manière que chacun peut profiter de moments tranquilles dans son espace.
La piscine est une merveille ! Son emplacement favorise totalement l'intimité.

Séjour très ensoleillé cette année, heureusement nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, c'est la 2eme année que nous venons, et c'est un plaisir renouvelle.

Famille 44-07 Super week-end prolongé
Un super week-end dans le limousin entre cousins.
Le gite est spacieux, très bien équipé, avec un très joli jardin fleuri. Nous avons découvert un hameau , en campagne, avec de très beaux paysages. La piscine, à 26, a ravi les enfants comme les grands. Les pongistes en herbe se sont régalés. La bibliothèque remplie de jeux et de lecture a enchanté les enfants.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Passionnés par leurs région, ils nous ont guidés dans les découvertes, encore merci pour la visite!- Cleanliness

Manu Semaine de Noël
Séjour très agréable avec des propriétaires très accueillants.
Des attentions spéciales pour les fêtes de Noêl (décorations).
