It opens south onto a large lawn, portico, ping-pong table and private Piscine (8X4), heated by heat pump and secure, open from May 1 to October 1, weather permitting. Free access to Tennis in the château grounds 1 km away. Nearby: cycle path, canoeing, accrobranche, karting, golf, Limoges, Châteaux de Châlus, de Montbrun, de Jumilhac. 10 km away, the Dordogne: Nontron, Brantôme, Périgueux and the Charente: Gallo-Roman site of Chassenon, Confolens, Angoulême.

Surface area 150 m2. Kitchen, dining room with large fireplace, cosy living room with wood-burning stove leading to bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. WC. First floor with different levels: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bed plus 1 pull-out bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 wc. Electric heating. Breakfast on request. Receptions, family or friendly get-togethers can be organized on the estate (reception room and 4 to 6 other Holiday cottages, one of which has a private swimming pool).
