On the hillside of the Auphelle housing estate, less than 200 m from the tourist resort: beach, city sports (basketball, handball...), markets, flea markets, bars, restaurants, entertainment, entertainment at the Paradise campsite every Friday evening... The very comfortable, totally independent house opens onto a terrace and a 2,500 m² paddock. An adjoining room has been fitted out for relaxation: billiards and table soccer. A pétanque court, pizza oven, 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks for 2 people are available to enjoy the 1,000-hectare Lac de Vassivière.
First floor: veranda-entrance, living room with pellet stove and TV-DVD, fully-equipped open kitchen, dining room in veranda, bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room with wc, First floor: 1 bedroom (3 twin beds 90) and 1 bedroom (1 twin bed 180). Outside terrace with outdoor lounge and parasol. Central heating. Air-conditioning. Basement (height limited to 1m60, mini-lounge, shower and wc).

Famille heureuse Séjour parfait
Très contents de notre séjour dans ce gîte. Gîte spacieux avec grand jardin,terrain de pétanque, une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong, baby-foot, fléchettes, ballons, raquettes. Une salle à manger en Terrasse extérieure très agréable, une autre dans une verranda. Gîte très bien équipé, jeux de sociétés, barbecue à charbon, barbecue à gaz, tireuse à bière, machine à café à grains, appareil à raclette... Nous sommes restés une semaine, et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, il aurait fallu beaucoup plus de temps pour profiter de tout ce qui était à disposition. Bonus ultime, la climatisation, en ce mois d'août caniculaire ce fût fort appréciable.

Mac16 Très beau gîte
Gîte à 2 pas du lac de Vassivière, très bien équipé, lumineux et moderne. Une salle de jeux avec billard, baby-foot, fléchettes etc que les enfants ont adoré. Propriétaire réactif et disponible.

Maison très agréable et située dans un environnement calme, proche du lac de Vassiviere.
La maison est très bien équipée et le propriétaire adorable et de bons conseils.

Fanfan Gite très agréable
Emplacement très agréable près du lac, très calme au milieu de la nature.
Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette location, que ce soit à l'intérieur et extérieur ( tout pour un séjour en famille)- Cleanliness
