The Holiday cottage opens onto a large farmyard with a large pool and fountain, and to the rear onto a small, private, not overlooked garden leading to a covered terrace with SPA (optional at extra cost) and a terrace with an unheated 5x2.5 m swimming pool (open from mid-May to end-September, weather permitting). Private footpaths on the estate allow you to discover unspoilt countryside, where you can observe wildlife (roe deer, foxes, hares....).
On the first floor, there's a large living room with fireplace, dining area and bar. A few steps lead down to a fully equipped kitchen. A 3-person bedroom (3 single beds) with private shower room and toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90), shower room with wc. A 2nd staircase leads to two further spacious bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and private shower room and wc. Electric heating, central vacuum cleaner.

ONTHEROAD 58 A fuir en hiver
Gite très complet, mais rien n'est prévu pour l'hiver!
90€ de supplément d'électricité pour 3 jours, c'est beaucoup pour maintenir une température inférieure à 19° dans une salle à manger non isoler avec un radiateur insuffisant en taille pour passer un réveillon. Les 8 Kwh d'électricité prévus par jour ne suffisent pas à chauffer l'eau pour la douche et l'utilisation courante pour 9 personnes. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment fait cadeau de bois pour un petit poêle à bois, mais il faut le remplir très souvent et il n'est pas d'une efficacité importante.
En conclusion, éviter les séjours en hiver pour éviter que le froid ne gâche votre séjour.- Cleanliness

Chiussaute Séjour à Magnac
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, spacieux, plusieurs coins nuits qui permettent une intimité et un repos parfait. La cuisine est très bien équipée ce qui a permis de réaliser des beaux repas de fête.

Le chat Les figuiers
Agréable séjour en famille.
Le gîte est très spacieux .
Nous n'avons pas profité à fond de la piscine car le temps fut changeant
et frais par moments.
Mais les randonnées sont nombreuses.

Très beau gîte et très spacieux.
Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique.
Cadre champêtre indéniable. Belles randonnées à faire.
La basse cour très chantante et un peu téméraire, lol
Dommage que les éoliennes viennent gâcher ce beau paysage.... c'est la mode des écolos.
