La Ressourcerie

The independent house opens on the back on a closed lawn without any opposite. It has been renovated while retaining its authentic character: granite slabs on the floor, whitewashed walls, old windows and floors. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, small lounge, wc. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm, 1 single bed 120 cm) and 1 bedroom (2 trundle beds 80 cm). Shower room, wc. No internet no TV to taste the great outdoors... At the end of a small hamlet near the lake of Saint Pardoux: sailing, pedal boats, canoes...powerboating, fishing and swimming pool with vast leisure-relaxation area. From the cottage a hiking trail leads to the lake on the fishing side 300 m away.
