On the banks of the river Tard, in a natural setting, this gîte has been converted into a part of the old mill adjoining the owners' house. Estelle and her family have turned this place into a playground where you can share in the life of the animals: the chickens are free in the garden, the ponies, the cats... You'll be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the river, birdsong and the rooster. Fishing, hiking or mountain biking in the surrounding woods, this is an ideal gîte for parents and children to build fond memories of their vacations!
Surface area 72 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area. Shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including a small one (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds) opening onto a balcony. The ground floor can be made accessible to people with reduced mobility. No smoking in the house. On-site games: darts, swings....
Supervision of young children essential.

Patou Agréable reposant
Calme beaucoup de visites à proximité. En compagnie de poule coq que nous avons baptisé Georges et chat et moutons et leur gardien chien.
St leonard est très joli et nous avons aimé le 23 la fête médiévale- Cleanliness

Seb, Emma et enfants Deux semaines en pleine nature
Un accueil parfait dans un lieu qui nous a fait passer deux excellentes semaines. La rivière et les arbres assurent une agréable fraîcheur et aident à déconnecter. La Vienne à 5' à pied permet même de se baigner !
La ville à proximité vaut le détour, comme toute la région. Il y a une foule d'activités et de visites, il suffit d'arriver à quitter le jardin. :)

Nathalie33 Excellent séjour à St Léonard de Noblat
Ce gîte est naturellement bien tempéré pour profiter d'un intérieur frais en période de canicule !
Il est bien équipé et j'ai pu ainsi recevoir de la famille qui habite à proximité.
D'autre part, quel plaisir de randonner à partir du gîte sur des sentiers plus ou moins ombragés! J'ai particulièrement apprécié d'aller à St Léonard de Noblat sans prendre la route mais les chemins qui longent la voie ferrée et la Vienne!
