La Pommeraie

On the borders of Périgord and Corrèze, calm and nature in the heart of an agricultural and forest estate

At the end of a narrow Countryside road, then a track through the Fayat Forest, you'll reach the entrance to the Montintin estate. Three Holiday cottages are set around a 19th-century château. The Holiday cottage "La Pommeraie" is set in a farmhouse that opens onto an independent, walled lawn. At the bottom of the garden, a small house has also been converted. Paths lead around the estate or around the large pond below the château, and access to the park is possible from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. All Holiday cottages on the estate can accommodate up to 29 people. Internet connection is neither fiber nor broadband. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...

On the ground floor: kitchen-diner, living room with wood stove, bathroom, toilet. Accessible by a few steps: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm), 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet (2 single beds 90 cm twin). On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin 90cm single beds, private bathroom and toilet, the other with 2 twin 90cm single beds, private shower room and toilet. At the other end of the farmhouse, on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with shower and toilet, the other with private shower, bath and toilet in the bedroom, 2 single beds 90 twin in each. In the small independent house: on the ground floor: relaxation room with billiards, via a narrow spiral staircase access to the first floor: 2 attic bedrooms (3 single beds 90), a bathroom with toilet. Three lodgings are built around a 19th century castle. The gîte "la pommeraie" has been set up in a farmhouse which opens onto an entirely independent lawn and enclosed by walls. At the bottom of the garden a small house has also been built. Trails allow you to discover the area or go around the large pond located below the castle, access to the park is possible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. All of the Domaine's gîtes can accommodate 29 people.
