Situated in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, this home is ideally located, close to both the city center and major highways. Comfortable and well-appointed, it boasts a pleasant enclosed garden, a wooden terrace and a landscaped outdoor area where you can enjoy the warm weather in complete peace and quiet. The exteriors are currently being finished.

Surface area 73 m². First floor: living room with kitchen/dining area and sitting area. This room opens onto a pleasant wooden terrace overlooking the garden, accessible via a wooden ramp, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and a 1-person Mezzanine bed), a bedroom with a study area and a 2-person Mezzanine bed. A freight line runs nearby, but the house's insulation means it won't cause any nuisance.
