Located on the road from Linards to Châteauneuf La Forêt, the gîte opens onto a courtyard and enclosed lawn on the road side. At the rear is a terrace and a grassy area with a swing and a little house for children. The Chateauneuf La Forêt lake is 3.5 km away (swimming, fishing...), and several hiking trails take you through an extensive forest massif, with Mont Gargan (731 m) as a lookout, a Mecca of the Limousin Resistance.

Surface area 80 m². First floor: living room with open kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove, large laundry room, wc. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed, 4 x single beds, 1 x Umbrella bed), shower room with wc. Electric heating and wood heating. Beds made on arrival. Ping-pong table in adjoining barn which can also be used as a garage. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
