In the south of the department, 15 minutes from Saint Yrieix La Perche, at the gateway to Périgord, the peaceful hamlet of La Jaunie is bordered by a small river. The recently renovated Holiday cottage is located at the end of a building inhabited by Nathalie's family. It opens onto a beautiful east-facing terrace overlooking the valley, and another north-facing terrace where an inflatable Spa is available from mid-May to mid-October. A vast, partially enclosed lawn gives access, via a small path, to the river and its waterfall, where it's great to cool off in summer. Hiking trails around the cottage and beach and water games at Saint-Yrieix-La-Perche.
First floor: living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, sitting room, wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) and 1 bedroom (2 x 110 cm single beds), shower room, wc. Heating and air-conditioning by heat pump. Kids' play area. Private parking.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Amoureuse de cette maison de famille où j'ai vu vivre mon arrière grand-mère, il me tenait à cœur de la faire revivre. Après une rénovation de longue haleine où mon mari et moi avons mis beaucoup d'énergie, nous espérons vous recevoir pour un séjour ressourçant en pleine nature où la petite rivière avec la cascade rendent le lieu idyllique.

Sincèrement, on peut y aller les yeux fermés. Les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. Les propriétaires ont pensé aux moindres détails pour faciliter le séjour. Et quel calme !
