On the heights of Saint Yrieix, just 3 km from the heart of the City, this small, contemporary single-storey house opens onto a fully enclosed lawn planted with hazelnut trees. Nearby but completely independent, a second Holiday cottage can accommodate 6 people. In Saint Yrieix: shops, swimming pool, porcelain, madeleines... In Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboard, towed buoy, paddle, baby ski...
Surface area 48 m²: living room with kitchenette, sitting area (sofa bed 2 places), 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 places), shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Notre Séjour a été très reposant avec la possibilité de nombreuses visites dans la région.
l'accès est facile pour aller à St Yriex et pour les commerces
Le gite est très confortable et très calme. Idéal pour 2 personnes.

Ce gîte noyé dans la campagne limousine n'est jamais loin de la vile, de centres d'intérêts touristiques, des commerces.
