Leygat overlooks the Briance valley, 15 minutes south of Limoges, 1 km from the town of Solignac, which is famous for its abbey and abbey church. An old barn has been renovated into a house and two Holiday cottages, completely independent of each other. They are surrounded by 8 hectares of private, enclosed woodland and landscaped parkland, with 4 km of paths and footpaths for walking and exploring. From the Holiday cottage, a path leads off-road to the village of Solignac (1 km). A heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), open from June to September depending on weather conditions, is shared with the other Holiday cottage and the owners. Access to a large gaming room with fireplace (library, table soccer, table tennis, board games...). Shaded parking, bike and motorcycle shed. Adult and Kids bikes available. Swing, boules pitch....

Near the shady Leygat parking lot, the Holiday cottage La Murette is accessed via a large gabled bay. Raised first floor: entrance hall dominated by a mezzanine not accessible for rental. Living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be combined to form a double bed (180cm). 1 bedroom has a 2-person bed 140 x 190 cm. Bathroom with WC, plus separate WC with washbasin. Electric heating. Private terrace.
