In the heart of the countryside, this self-contained gîte has been lovingly furnished. Agnès has chosen to combine pretty colors and quality materials to create a comfortable, fully-equipped interior. On site, a beautiful swimming pool (8m x 4m) with shelter and solarium (open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting), trampoline, portico, large private garden, a calm and relaxing environment that promises great family vacations. Children will love the sheep that graze close to the gîte and the chickens that roam freely, as well as 2 friendly donkeys, Vague and Java. The owners live on site, but the gîte is completely independent and not overlooked.

Surface area 97 m². First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with wood-burning stove opening onto terrace and garden, separate toilet. First floor: a corridor leads on the left to a bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed), a shower room with wc, on the right to a large bedroom (2 x 90cm x 200cm twin beds, 2 x 90cm x 190cm bunk beds), a bathroom with wc. Electric barbecue, electric plancha. Children's swing set. 3 adult bikes and 2 Kids bikes (3/5 years and 6/10 years) are available. (helmets not supplied). Separate laundry room with tumble dryer. No smoking in the house. Wifi access with fiber. 1st set of bed linen and towels provided (optional and subject to a charge for any additional set). In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
